Yes!
That's exactly why I call it Renewal. In this powerful session, I use a combination of mind and body work to go DEEP so you can experience an immediate shift. However, the full results from the session will continue beyond our 90-minutes together.
During the session:
1. We decide on one primary issue or situation that needs illumination from the Holy Spirit. (Although the results from the session will pour over into all areas of your life.)
2. After a guided process, we get to the root of any limiting decisions, anxiety, guilt, fear, shame and other emotions that are holding you back and keeping you stuck.
3. We will release any trapped emotions and process wounds through a combination of somatic experiencing, inner child work, and other healing modalities.
4. As we conclude the session, we
anchor your identity in Christ and the truth of who you are.
By the end of the session, you will feel RENEWED and one step closer to your dreams and desires.
