Introducing The Dating Detox: Group Coaching Program
6 Weeks to Prepare Your Mind, Heart and Soul for Love

This is a group program for a maximum of 10 women who are ready to go on a guided DATING FAST in a safe and supportive community with other women who are on the same journey. By the end of this program, you will walk away with more clarity, confidence, and trust when it comes to your dating life.

A guidebook for the dating detox with short daily readings and exercises

6 live weekly group coaching calls (60-90 minutes) where each participant has the opportunity for coaching
​
6 weekly worksheets so you can implement and integrate each week
​
Private Facebook group where you can post questions and get support from your coach and your sisters
​
1 x 30-minute 1:1 session that can be used any time during the program
