About Me

Have you ever felt like you’re doing all the “right” things but you still feel stuck in your life?  Or maybe you feel like something is still missing.

I get it because I was there too...

I spent many years closed off to the outside world due to a painful experience that happened when I was 9.  So even as an adult, I was living my life through the little girl’s eyes--with her reactivity and fears.

I embarked on a journey to heal this part of myself.  I combined faith + inner work.  I invested in myself and started implementing everything I learned  I healed my relationships  and learned how to relate to God, myself and others with an unguarded heart.

About: Welcome

Because of my own journey, I wanted to help other Women of Faith.  As I started working with women, I learned that we are all affected in some way by our past.  Our experiences can create emotional wounds and baggage in our lives.  If we don’t learn how to feel through our emotions (including the negative ones) we can often find ourselves stuck.

As a board certified coach and feminine embodiment coach, I designed a signature process to help Women of Faith:

  • Deepen faith/spirituality

  • Access self-love and self-worth

  • Heal emotional wounds from the past

  • Up-level beliefs and mindset

  • Embody the feminine genius.

What's the Feminine Genius?

"It is thus my hope, dear sisters, that you will reflect carefully on what it means to speak of the "genius of women", not only in order to be able to see in this phrase a specific part of God's plan which needs to be accepted and appreciated, but also in order to let this genius be more fully expressed in the life of society as a whole, as well as in the life of the Church." St. Pope John Paul II, Letter to Women

The feminine genius is the essence of who God made you to be as a woman.  It's understanding that your feminine side isn't less valuable than your masculine skills.  Rather it's vital to infuse it in every area of your life.

The feminine genius is about dimension and depth. ⠀

It’s not about maintaining surface level “polite” relationships with God, yourself and others. ⠀

The feminine genius is about healthy interdependence with others.

It’s not about keeping old patterns of codependency. ⠀

The feminine genius is about allowing your God-given desires to create a compass for your life.

It’s not about “earning” your desires through perfectionism and hard work.

The feminine genius is about resting in your value as a daughter of God.
