Working With God Vs. Waiting On God

Most Catholic/Christian women think that in order to have the relationship, career, money, and lifestyle they want they just need to be good enough, pray hard enough and wait on God to make it happen.  If it’s meant to be, then it will be.

And when things don’t go the way they hoped, they make it mean they’ve failed in some way.  Maybe they’re not good enough, spiritual enough or holy enough. Or they’ve messed up  too much in their past and now there’s no hope. Or they wonder if they discerned wrong and it wasn’t meant to be.  Or worse, they get angry with God. Can you relate?

I used to feel this way too.

Then I decided that I was done with passively waiting...I needed to work with God and stop waiting on God. This shift in perspective changed everything for me.

Waiting on God looks like not fully owning your desires and not standing in your authority to have them.  While it can seem like the more spiritual thing to do--to simply let things unfold as they will--this is coming from the same energy as waiting for someone to come in and save you from yourself.

Working with God means being deeply connected to your faith in order to have a clear vision and live with purpose. It means identifying the self-sabotaging patterns and behaviors that keep you stuck. Working with God also means actively healing traumas and wounds from the past so you can move forward with ease and embody your innate feminine genius (which means becoming the woman you were created to be).

It’s this process of working with God instead of waiting on God that opens up new possibilities and doors that you couldn’t see before. It’s letting your light shine instead of hiding it under a bushel.  Working with God allows you to live fully which in turn naturally attracts the desires of your heart.

If you’re ready to co-create with God so that you can attract the love, health, and abundance that you desire then you may want to check out my 6-week 1:1 program--Feminine Genius Immersion

It’s for a very specific woman who feels solid in her faith, has consistent income, and lives a pretty happy life, but for some reason getting to her next level feels hard and elusive.

If you’re interested, send me a DM and we’ll have a quick chat to see if this program is a fit for you.
